The Western Interclub of the ESSFTA (Parent Club) is comprised of 14 active field trial and hunt test clubs.  This Interclub ranges from the desert conditions in Southern California up to the rainy Northwest and includes California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington states.  We hosted the 2002 National Amateur Championship and three out of the four placing dogs were from our Interclub.

Also, the 2002 National Amateur Champion, NAFC Sundart Solar (Solar)
and the 2002 National Open Champion, NFC Whirligig Canis Serius (Major)
are Both from the Western Interclub.

Even though our geographic area is large, many of us travel extensively to trial and to participate in hunt tests.  The opportunity to "visit" with our trial friends sometimes is confined to the once or twice a year that we actually see each other.

As the Interclub Chair, I get a lot of requests for information regarding trials and judges in your area, but I often don't have more than the contact name and date of the trial.  Please email me your judge selections and any other information that would be available as soon as you have it.
