1:00 pm (CST) Saturday, The fifth series finished about noon.  The weather is cool (mid 30s) and cloudy.  The breeze is chilling but the dogs don't mind.  The courses are crossing up and crossing down wind in switch grass. 
8:15 pm (CST) Friday  We will start at 8:00 am Saturday with 25 dogs going to the fifth series.
2:30 pm (CST) Friday  We completed the fourth series about noon.  The cool gray weather with gusty winds settled into a sunny day with a moderate breeze.  At 1:00 pm we all moved to the water series and then the callbacks were given. 26 dogs to the water and the fifth series will be run Saturday
8:00 pm (CST) Thurs  The first five dogs on each side completed the fourth series.
3:45 pm (CST) Nadine called with fourth series callbacks.  The fourth series has already started.  Ten dogs under each side were announced to get started on the fourth.  Then the remainder of the callbacks were given.  Thanks Nadine!
2:45 pm (CST)  Nadine called to let us know the third series is completed.  They are waiting for callbacks to the fourth series.
2:00 pm (CST) Thursday, November 15 - When I left the field at 1:00 dog number 120 had just come to the line and dog 115 was down with one contact.  The third series will wrap up today and they will start the fourth.  The new grounds for the third and fourth series are gently rolling hills of predominantly switch grass with some brome.  There are 17 flags on the outbound course and 16 flags on the inbound course.  The day started cloudy, raw and the wind picked up throughtout the morning.  By late morning the sun came out making the cool temperatures (20s and 30s) more tolerable.  Nadine will call with the fourth series callbacks when they are available and I will post them.  Interesting, from Mary.
4:30 pm  Finished the 2nd series.  Very windy and cold with sporadic snow flurries.  Will start fresh with the 3rd series 7:30 am tomorrow.  Callbacks posted at 7:30pm.
9:30 pm (CST)  Tuesday The second series began about 2:00 pm.  The weather was still mild 40 to 50 degrees but the wind was gusting up to 25 -30 mph
 with partly to mostly cloudy skies.  Scenting was difficult for the most part.  The remaing second series callbacks were given out after the banquet.
9:05 pm (CST) Monday, November 11 -  Callbacks through 107.
5:45 pm (CST), Monday  The last dog to run was number 107.  We finished just after 5:00 pm
2:00 pm (CST) Monday, November 12, 7:30 am the NOC started.  It was cool (40) and cloudy with a light breeze.  The course for the first two series is predominantly brome with warm season grasses.  The course is horseshoe shaped divided into three parts.  The first leg is 13 flags, the second leg is 5 flags with 16 flags on the last leg.  At 1:40 pm dog number 72 was going to the line.  It is warmer(50) and the sun is peaking through the clouds.
